Debit card and Credit card fraud is a problem that has grown over past few years, even though the vast majority of purchases go through without incident.

I once asked myself, how these thieves are able to get debit card information for their own use in draining their victim’s bank account, without them having your original card.
Thieves have used electronic skimming devices to copy debit and credit card data. They then capture the cardholder's PIN, typically with a hidden camera, and create duplicate cards to drain that person's bank account.
